The resurrection of the Lord Jesus made a champion of you. The Bible says you’ve been raised together with Him, and made to sit together with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). You’re seated with Christ, far above principalities and powers.
If you’re unhappy because of an unwholesome habit, don’t become frustrated; rather, realize that habits are simply repeated actions. If you’d replace that old habit with a good one, you’d get rid of the one you don’t like.
A perfect heart is one that seeks after God and wants
to please Him always; a heart that’s after His Word. Your attitude to God and to service in His Kingdom must be inspired by, and reflect His love.
God is sovereign! He knows all things and can do all things! The Bible says heaven is His throne and the earth is His footstool (Acts 7:49). He’s the Most High God and His dominion is over all thrones, peoples, and governments.
Be Spirit-ruled and Word-governed. Refuse to be stirred by and attracted to fleshly things.
